I believe that creativity and imagination are a core part of every single human being. We all have it. We all use it on a daily basis. Sadly, often to imagine scary and unpleasant future outcomes. How about we use it differently, and make it serve us better? Come and make art with me, to improve and maintain your inner balance. I love doing my Mental Health art projects - with corporate clients, with the mums from the neighborhood or with a group of holiday goers - we all can benefit from some creative Me Time.

I take children on day Art Trips to the London galleries and art venues. Tate Modern and Tate Britain, Тhe V&A, Southbank, Royal Academy are some of the places we have visited. We soak in the atmosphere of the great city; we admire the art of great artists. We also have a picnic, explore the area, and practice finding our way around the London Underground. It is a lovely adventure. An art adventure.

What I do in art comes from my aspirations in life: focusing on the joy, learning to let go, embracing the contrast, showing up constantly, taking imperfect action. Not easy. Bit it goes hand in hand with exploration and adventure, play and mind-traveling – things that come to me easier. So, I team these guys up, I get them to hold hands, I tell them to look after each other. And off we go – to try something new, to make fresh discoveries.
